Kenneth Metcalf

Ken Metcalf has been Town Manager of Mangonia Park since September 2015. Prior to Mangonia Park, Ken was Town Manager for two years in a community in North Carolina and was the community’s Parks and Recreation Director for 15 years prior to that. In all, Ken was a Parks and Recreation Director for 23 years. Ken is an avid college football and basketball fan and also keeps a close eye on the Baltimore Ravens, Charlotte Hornets and Cincinnati Reds. Ken is a very proud Air Force Veteran. Ken’s main duties as Town Manager include to ensure that the finances of the town stay strong, to mediate any citizen or customer concerns while providing excellent customer service and to manage all day to day operations and special projects.
